The purpose of this workshop is to deliver easy to apply nutrition knowledge for fat loss.
You will learn about the role of each individual macro nutrient, hormones and their impact on nutrition specifics, portion size control and timing of macro nutrients.
We will also cover other topics briefly such as the role of supplementation, foods to eliminate and why you aren't able to lose weight.
