Build Strength With Only Your Own Body

Date: Saturday 24th March 2018

During this workshop you'll be using Only your bodyweight to build up and improve strength, challenge your core muscles and help you burn some body fat.  Adrian will teach and coach you through techniques and tips, with progressions and regressions to help you with:

• Pushups, Dips, Pull ups (and variations)
• Bars and Rings Muscle Up
• Squat , Pistol Squat
• Front / Back / Elbow Lever

Workshop is suitable to men and women of ALL fitness level.

Adrian Harrington is the best Dublin-based calisthenic and bodyweight movement coach. He has coached calisthenic around the world alongside the Kavadlo brothers - Al and Danny.

He is currently a Progressive/Strength Calisthenics Certified Team Leader (PCC and SCC), and a thorough break dancer.

A Gentle Approach To Pain Free Movement

Date: Saturday 21st April 2018

Time: 10am - 12:30pm (Upper Body)

            1:30pm - 4pm (Lower Body)

During this workshop, you will retrain your nervous system / brain and release all the tensions you've been holding on, which overtime cause pain and body movement restriction.

Relieve Upper Body Tension - Neck, Shoulder, Back

• Take back control of the muscles of your shoulders, neck and back
• Even out your shoulders without forcing

Relieve Lower Body Tension - Hips, Lower back pain, Sciatica

If you ever feel your hips are stiff, rotational movements aren't as smooth as they used to be and legs get tired quickly from walking, then join us for the Lower Body workshop!
You will learn how to:
• Ease tension around your hips and in your legs
• Smoothly rotate with increased range of motion and no forcing or straining
• Movements to keep up and improve further
• An 'activation routine' you can do before running, working out or as a stand alone feel good daily routine

Katrin Neue is a Dublin-based movement teacher and her focus lies on working with clients suffering from chronic pain.

She has been teaching Somatic Movement Education since 2014 and gained her certification as a Clinical Somatic Educator in 2017 by Martha Peterson (Essential Somatics), holds an MA in Dance Performance and is a guest teacher for Dance Ireland's professional development training as well as guest lecturer at UL for Somatic Education.
