CalisthenFit group training program is open to men and women over 30 of any fitness level who want to shake things up and improve your health, fitness and strength level.
During each session, you will be taken through a series of mobility to help and improve your joints and release all those stiffness on neck, shoulders, ankles, hips and even toes.
A split body or full body workout designed to your level to help you get stronger, fire up your metabolism and burn tons of calories (especially if you're on a weight loss program).
It's NOT a bootcamp style program but rather a Strength and Conditioning, Mobility specific to your needs, where we emphasize first on the basics and proper form. Because getting injured is the last thing you want!
In order to get the Best Results, CalisthenFit members train between 3-4 times per week.
Commitment, Patience and Consistency are key to your results.
