Between your upper and lower body so that you can stand, move, walk, run, jump.

Be mobile and balance basically.

Your glutes are there for lots of very good reasons so that you do not suffer from aches and pains, have body imbalance and not able to do what you want to do.

Components of Strong Glutes

Your glutes are made up of 3 parts:

  • the maximus – the strongest and biggest
  • the medius
  • the minimus

When you train, you don’t necessarily hit the 3 of them unless you know how to.

Training, it’s not just jump onto a stationary bike or walking endless hours on a treadmill and doing cardio.

You need to wake them up and strengthen those babies with proper strength training like single leg movement and hip thrusts (deadlift, kettlebell swings...)
