  • What Is The 8 Weeks Challenge: It is for ALL Women of ANY fitness level who are fed up and frustrated and who want to lose weight in a sustainable manner, improve their body and health, be able to fit better in their favorite clothes. This challenge will help and get you started without letting you starve yourself or going nowhere on a gimmicky fad diet.
  • When and Where : The Challenge starts on September 18th and will finish on November 11th. It is held at CalisthenFit Fitness Studio, Richmond Road, between Drumcondra and Fairview Dublin 3.
  • Learn How To Lose Weight In A Sustainable Way, Drop at least 1 dress or jeans size, challenge yourself to reach your goals by transforming your body shape, fitness and gain your confidence and self-esteem back
